Kiki Japanese Restaurant

Ordered 2 main meals, a side of sushi and a saki. Spent $31 dollars including tip which was perfect for the meal! Was super filling and everything tasted great. (Other party ate something else so can't comment on their meal)Was a table for 3, two meals arrived and the 3rd plate didn't arrive til maybe 5-6ish mins after but that felt like a long time to be waiting to wait to eat for the whole table to have their food, that might be a personal preference to wait for everyone food before eating.Atmosphere was great and it was a tuesday night so things were quiet and relaxing.

Kiki Sushi is what it is, affordable decent sushi that doesn't break your wallet. Sushi aficionados stay away, you will hate this place. Service here is always spot on. Place is kept very clean. Nice decor of anime art work. Lunch combination sushi plate with spicy tuna roll and order of chicken karagee was good, price was $19.15, I recommend this business

The workers there are so nice and sweet. And they have good food and they are also really patient.

The price is great for food that's not half bad! I really enjoyed the idea of a Ghibli-(or even just Kiki)-themed restaurant, and while there is some recognition of those works, they're pretty scarce, relegated to just a few pictures on the wall.

This hole in the wall Sushi shop opens up to high ceilings and natural lighting that was surely a shock to me. The decor is simple yet personal with art hanging from Miyazaki's greatest movies. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and was able to sit wherever we pleased. The sushi was cheap! (about $3 for a California roll!) and quite delicious! They happily met my request and added in cream cheese to my roll (So good!) The Dynamite roll was also really good, but the Curry Udon was the best!! Definitely will be going back for more :)

Always great fast service.Awesome happy hour deals! A large Sapporo and sake for only $7.Their spicy miso udon is the best I've ever had! So delicious! A huge bowl too. And it's a great cure for a cold.Cool place with great food and unbelievably low prices.

With a soothing atmosphere and delicious food, we had very good time. The udon I order was spicy and delicious. It had many textures. I would definitely recommend it if I remember the name.

Nice place. Food is ok. Not fine dining clean. We did Bento though my son asked if we could eat sushi b4 left the house. We got here I order bento and so did he go figure. Servers nice. Good atmosphere. Looks kinda small from outside but well lit and large inside.

Excellent omasake and try the gaga roll it's a delicious surprise. Good sushi sashimi good prices.

Great prices and decent vegetarian selection. Not sure about the fish quality tho as I don't eat it. Happy hour specials are wonderful.

Great value for sushi for parties if you use the online coupons! They get busy for both the restaurant and delivery pick-ups. A chance to practice patience....

Just ok. Sushi was ok and the soup was bland.

The building is small from outside, but gigantic - and CLEAN - from inside. It's decorated with anime paintings, and helps people with kind Japanese waitresses, that try their best to understand and confirm your order. The menu is fairly simple (but with dishes explanations - a great addition), just like McDonald's: you'll like (almost) everything there. Choose wisely while you drink the free water. I ended up with a combo of California Rolls and shrimp + veggie tempura. The California rolls tasted light (and good) and the tempura was all about three big deep fried shrimps along with several vegetables deep fried as well. Every combo comes with ginger, wasabi, a LOT of rice, and a well dressed salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. At the end, pay the tiny amount of money you were willing to pay, and leave; you WILL feel bad for robbing them, as the food should be twice as expensive.

So far I tried sake bom. I've tried miso soup. I've done avocado roll and kappa roll. everything is good but not fantastic. good service if you get fried tofu ask to fry it longer jajaja but over all good experience and good food hood for party's and groups very nice clean friendly place if you like sushi. But everyone has there own opinion so enjoy 😁

Quick and cheap pricing for SF. Toilet was very old but clean.

Apparently I ordered the wrong dish. Beef teriyaki with rice and iceberg lettuce salad was bland. Beef had char marks like it was precooked. My son ordered udan noodle soup that looked much more appetizing.

Good place for a quick bite and/ or catering. Great priced food- the Soft shell crab is great here! Imitation crab otherwise, but you can’t have it all I guess. Happy hour is superb.

Surprisingly no lines so got seated right away. Minimalist design gives an artsy feel. Love the pictures from Miyasaki (Princess Mononoke). Ordered the udon and small rice bowl combo, which is a good value, that arrived hot and quickly. Guess due to end of day, service seemed not as personable as anticipated at a japanese restaurant but we had a good meal for a price. Great groups as long tables.

Really large portions for less $$ than other places but the food was just Ok. The saba still had a lot bones in it but the center bone had been taken out so they were even harder to remove. Flavor could've been a bit better as well. 3.5 overall

We went here for lunch. It was very affordable for the quantity of food you get. Nice server and waitress. A whole pot of green tea is only a dollar.

I visited with my family and we really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is a little kooky anime, but the food was yummy, reasonably priced, and comfortable after a long day of walking around a touristy city. Most of my photos from that trip were deleted thanks to my own stupidity, but I think we had the bento boxes.

I have been eating here for 15+ years. Always the same taste my family enjoys. Favorite is the spam rolls

First time and loved it, awesome happy hour, $6 dollar Sake bombs can't beat that. The 40oz Sapporo bottle and accompanied by 12 Oz of warm sake. Good food, fast and super friendly service.

Good sushi for great prices! Long Happy Hours too (every day from 3-9pm!)! Only gripe is phone reception is pretty bad and no wi-fi.

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this fine place. Well it was a great evening and the restaurant was no doubt the reason for that fruitful event. The team helped in a graceful manner, the cooking was extremely good and my buddies were very delighted. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Good price ok food

My favorite sushi place. The best Spider Roll period.

The food is cheaply priced but it’s very good. I loved the setting and how peaceful it was during the day. Service was quick and friendly. However, my favorite part was the Studio Ghibli art placed around the restaurant and the unique entrance! Definitely a new favorite place of mine to come eat.
